The platform may offer movies, documentaries, web series, short films, programs, videos, trailers, bonus materials, and other audiovisual works.
ComandoTV may modify, expand, reduce, or reorganize its catalog and functionalities at any time.
3. Access options
The Platform may offer different ways to access its content.
Some content may be viewed free of charge without creating an account.
Other content may also be free but require users to have a registered account and be properly authenticated.
In the future, the Platform may introduce content available through purchase, rental, on-demand access, subscriptions, or other commercial arrangements.
Content being offered free of charge at a particular time does not mean it must remain free indefinitely.
Similarly, the inclusion of content in the catalog does not guarantee its permanent availability.
4. User registration
ComandoTV uses an integrated authentication system connected to comandodelamuerte.com.
Account creation and primary account management take place through comandodelamuerte.com. Once users sign in there, ComandoTV may automatically recognize their authenticated status and enable the corresponding functionalities.
Users do not need to create a separate account specifically for ComandoTV when the integrated authentication system is available.
Account registration is currently free of charge unless otherwise expressly stated for any future product or service.
5. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed through their accounts.
Login credentials are personal and must not be used fraudulently, through unauthorized automation, or to provide unauthorized access to third parties.
Users should report any unauthorized use of their accounts of which they become aware.
ComandoTV may implement technical measures to detect abusive, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate access to the Platform.
6. Content License
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to audiovisual content through ComandoTV grants only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to view that content through the methods authorized by the Platform.
Free access, registration, purchase, rental, or payment for content does not transfer any intellectual property rights in that content.
In particular, users do not acquire rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, retransmit, modify, commercialize, or otherwise exploit the audiovisual works.
7. Intellectual property
All content available on ComandoTV, including, where applicable, movies, series, documentaries, short films, photographs, illustrations, music, audio, texts, scripts, designs, trademarks, logos, characters, graphics, animations, software code, interfaces, promotional materials, and other protected elements, is subject to intellectual property rights held by ComandoTV, Comando de la Muerte, or their respective authors, producers, distributors, licensors, or rights holders.

8. Unauthorized downloading and content capture
Unless ComandoTV expressly enables a download feature, audiovisual content is provided exclusively for online viewing or streaming.
Users are prohibited from using software, browser extensions, scripts, bots, extraction methods, ripping tools, automated recording systems, circumvention techniques, or any other mechanism intended to download, copy, or redistribute content without authorization.
Users are also prohibited from attempting to bypass content protection systems, authentication mechanisms, access controls, tokens, territorial restrictions, anti-copy protection, or any other technological measures implemented by ComandoTV or its providers.
9. Personal and non-commercial use
Unless expressly authorized, content available on the Platform is provided exclusively for personal and private use.
Users may not use an account or purchased access for commercial screenings, public events, retransmissions, television broadcasts, paid or free public screenings, commercial venue exhibitions, or other forms of public communication without obtaining the appropriate licenses.
10. Prohibited activities
Users may not use ComandoTV to engage in unlawful activities, attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems, interfere with the Website’s operation, conduct cyberattacks, introduce malware, automate large-scale access, systematically extract information, impersonate others, bypass security measures, infringe third-party rights, or engage in activities that may negatively affect the infrastructure or availability of the service.
ComandoTV may temporarily or permanently block access where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, attacks, violations of these Terms, or risks to the security of the Platform or other users.
11. Content availability
ComandoTV‘s catalog may change over time.
Content may be added, removed, replaced, or modified due to editorial decisions, license expirations, distribution agreements, territorial restrictions, legal issues, maintenance, technical difficulties, or other legitimate reasons.

For content acquired through paid access, the specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase will determine the applicable access period and access arrangements.

Before confirming any transaction, users will be informed, as applicable, of the price, currency, applicable taxes, access arrangement, duration of access, main content characteristics, available payment methods, and other relevant conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a waiver or limitation of mandatory rights granted to consumers and users under applicable law.
15. Video quality and playback
Playback quality may vary depending on the user’s device, browser, operating system, Internet connection speed and stability, hardware capabilities, server availability, and other technical factors.
ComandoTV may use adaptive streaming technologies, content delivery networks, and external providers to optimize playback.

Whenever reasonably possible, efforts will be made to restore service promptly.
17. Changes to the service
ComandoTV may introduce, modify, or discontinue features, designs, playback systems, authentication methods, access arrangements, and other service characteristics.

ComandoTV may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.
The existence of such links does not necessarily imply endorsement, affiliation, or responsibility for those third parties.
The use of external services will be subject to their respective terms and policies.
21. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ComandoTV shall not be liable for damages resulting exclusively from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures of the user’s Internet service provider, device incompatibilities, widespread infrastructure interruptions, actions of third parties, or force majeure events.
